Mandrix collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, verify paid bookings, schedule lessons, deliver online classes, and improve the website experience.

When you submit a booking form, we may collect your name, email address, WeChat or WhatsApp contact, country or region, time zone, Chinese level, selected course, preferred lesson time, payment reference, learning goals, and optional notes.

When you browse the website, we may collect non-sensitive analytics data such as page views, referral source, language, device type, approximate country from hosting headers, and booking button interactions. Analytics does not intentionally collect names, emails, or payment card details.

Payment Information

Payments are handled through PayPal links. Mandrix does not collect or store payment card numbers. We ask for a payment reference or receipt link only to verify that a paid booking matches the correct student and course.

How We Use Information

We use your information to process bookings, verify payment, send class confirmations, deliver meeting links, provide course recommendations, respond to messages, maintain lesson records, and understand which pages or courses are most useful to visitors.

Sharing

Mandrix does not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, PayPal, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email providers to operate the website, store booking records, send notifications, or communicate with students.

Data Retention

Booking and lesson information may be kept as long as needed for scheduling, student support, record keeping, and legitimate business operations. You may request deletion or correction by emailing Jane.Mandrix@outlook.com.

Your Choices

You may contact Mandrix to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, Mandrix will make reasonable efforts to respond according to applicable requirements.
