These terms apply to Mandrix diagnostics, coaching sessions, course packages, online classes, and booking forms.

Booking and Payment

Students choose a diagnostic or course, pay through the provided PayPal link, and submit the paid booking form with payment reference information. A booking is reviewed after form submission and payment verification.

The $29 diagnostic fee may be credited toward a course if the student enrolls within 48 hours, as stated on the booking page.

Scheduling

Preferred dates and times are requested in Beijing Time unless otherwise stated. Mandrix will confirm the final schedule and meeting link after reviewing the booking, availability, and payment status.

Rescheduling

Please contact Mandrix at least 24 hours before a scheduled class if you need to reschedule. New times depend on available slots.

Course Validity

Standard course packages are valid for 3 months unless otherwise stated. Private intensive packages may have different validity periods listed on the course page or agreed in writing.

Refunds

Lesson packages are non-refundable once confirmed. We do offer rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, so your investment stays flexible within the package term. If a first lesson does not meet expectations, contact Mandrix promptly so the issue can be reviewed and handled according to the specific course context and written agreement.

Educational Results

Mandrix provides structured instruction, feedback, and learning materials, but language progress depends on student participation, attendance, practice, and starting level. No specific exam score or fluency result is guaranteed.
